Feature Request: UI color options

Kdrag0n's theming engine has the option to change the colors manually. This can be done with the repainter app, but it needs to have wireless debugging on which I find to be slightly concerning regarding security. If you read through this article:https://www.xda-developers.com/android-12-material-you-theming-system-recreated/ it has a link to the commits which can be cherry-picked and merged, so then we could pick colors without needing root or adb enabled.
