ship a TTS engine

From what I understand, a stock CalyxOS does not ship a TTS engine, which may be surprising when someone fires up OSMand in their car, lost in a crazy city, frothing at the mouth at bad drivers, and despaired for a gas station (ah, modernity).

It would be great if there would be some option out of the box. I am aware that free software TTS engines are not great, or at least not as great as proprietary ones, but this seems like an oversight that should be fixed.

For what it's worth, I have installed the proprietary com.google.android.tts engine here, and it works pretty well. I had trouble making RHvoice work, but others had more luck, so maybe that could be a better (because free) option. Another option is the flite engine, but I don't know how they all compare, other than the google one sounding (obviously?) much better than RHvoice.

Thanks for your great firmware, it otherwise works excellently on my Pixel 4a! :)
