Crosshatch | Android 11 - Haptic Feedback Issues

So this issue took awhile to track down, but I believe I have narrowed it down and can get it to accurately replicate. Since updating to Android 11 stable via OTA, I noticed that the haptic feedback stopped working when battery saver was enabled. Haptic feedback has always worked, even when battery saver was enabled.

After a few days of resets, fresh installs, and testing, I have found that when I install an app (Bitwarden in my case) and turn on the Accessibility overlay/autofill features, the haptic feedback corrects itself and starts to work and remain persistent even through battery saver. The haptic feedback toggle under Accessibility was on throughout the whole issue. Enabling the overlays somehow activated what was already supposed to have been.
