Web install: OS specific requirements

Summary

The web installer currently does not make any difference between OSes, and there isn't any info about what may be needed in Windows, or Linux for example.

Details

Windows

Windows needs the Google USB drivers for the fastbootd part of the install, where it otherwise gets stuck awaiting a restart. (https://calyxos.org/install/devices/akita/windows/#install-usb-drivers-for-windows)

Mac

No particular prerequisites.

Linux

Linux needs packages for the udev rules. (https://calyxos.org/install/devices/akita/linux/#linux-packages)

Linux also has another issue, Flatpak or Snap browsers usually don't work for WebUSB Android flashing. That would be fine if we could just say that, but Ubuntu does the stupid thing of forcing the user to install a snap even when using apt. Linux Mint not included, but other distros based on it may be affected if they don't disable Snaps.
