Chromium accesses accounts.google.com on start

• Chromium version: 128.0.6613.127

Brief description of the issue

Chromium is accessing accounts.google.com on start, and possibly more often.

Steps to reproduce

1. Observe DNS / network activity, e.g. by setting Private DNS to NextDNS and looking at its logs, or via Rethink.
2. Open Chromium.

Expected result

No query for, or communication with, accounts.google.com.

Actual result

accounts.google.com is queried and communicated with.
