Brief description of the issue

When taking frontfacing photos inside any app, such as Fluffychat or Discord, the photo seems to get flipped upside down or other wrong orientation.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install any application that lets you take photos directly in the app, like Fluffychat or Discord
2. Take a picture with front facing camera and share it in the application

Expected result

Photo shows up upside down

Actual result

Photo orientation would be correct

It seems to be only with front facing camera, but I remember seeing these issues with rear cameras as well.

If the photo is taken in camera app, it looks like it's working normally. It's only when taking a photo with the camera app while running other application.
