OTA update behaviour should be configurable (allow to disable / delay auto-updates)

My first OTA update happened yesterday from 3.7.2 to 3.8.0 (both beta) on my FP4. As I'm using magisk I need to control when an update is happening to ensure I can take some steps before installation starts. I therefore would love to see a switch in the updater, which allows to disable automatic installation of OTA updates or at least showing a confirmation, which can be delayed or aborted.
