Asus ROG Strix GA15DH case lights do not work

I just purchased an Asus ROG Strix GA15DH. This case appears to have two light strips, one inside, and one in the front. OpenRGB reports the devices below. Attempts to set the colors of the devices fails to actually turn on the LEDs. There is no LED keyboard plugged in, so I assume these are the case lights. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you!
