[Feature Request][New Device] Support AMD Radeon 6000 Series products which include optional LED lighting capability

With the AMD Driver Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.12.2 the Radeon 6000 Series reference GPUs now support changing the RGB LED color on the Radeon logo. At the moment this requires the updated driver as well as a a custom coolermaster RGB program (the regular one doesn't seem to work), so I don't know how feasible adding support to OpenRGB would be, but it would be cool if it was possible.
