Gigabyte x570 ARGB stays on after shutdown

Description of Bug

I have a Gigabyte x570 Elite WIFI board, whenever i save the color profile and go to a complete shutdown, the ARGB lights stay on. This only seems to affect only the ARGB headers. The normal 12v RGB headers, motherboard LEDs and RAM turns off normally.

Hardware Configuration

Gigabyte x570 Elite WIFI running bios F30, also F11 had the same problem
