Official control application is Asrock Polychrome RGB. I do not have windows unable to install and take screenshots. I have full control of this device using other software in Linux.

After doing some digging through other issues I found a link to this project.

Installed and now have full RGB control of my Asrock B550 Steel Legend motherboard using Arch Linux.
