[Feature Request] Ability to ignore some devices

I would like to see the ability to ignore the RGB control of some devices (in my case, Mouse and Keyboard). I have Logitech G502 Hero Mouse and G810 Keyboard and I have made custom RGB profiles for both of those devices in Logitech G Hub. When ever I set a profile from OpenRGB, it completely changes that lighting so can you please provide the option to ignore a few devices.
