[Bug Report] Gigabyte GPU no longer detected

Description of Bug

My Gigabyte RTX 2060 is no longer detected. I've compiled previous versions to see which change causes this. I've identified commit efb5975f. Versions before this one can detect and control the GPU with any issues.

Hardware Configuration

OS: Manjaro Linux x86_64 
Host: X570 AORUS ELITE -CF 
Kernel: 5.9.3-1-MANJARO 
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X (16) @ 3.600GHz 
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Rev. A 
Memory: 16GB HyperX Predator RGB
