RGB settings reset on shutdown

Greeting, i have Asrock B450 Steel Legend and 2x Hyperx Predator RGB 3200mhz Everytime i shutdown my PC, it keeps reseting back to Rainbow mode. is there a fix for this? i have seen a post that OpenRGB deals with this issue but i can't seem to figure it out. Cheers!
