Please add support for the Zalman Z Sync USB ARGB hub

Hi there,

Please could you add support for the Zalman Z Sync USB ARGB hub? It's a hub that plugs into a USB 2.0 header on the motherboard and has 8 5V 3-pin RGB ports on it.
