Z390 Aorus Pro Saving and Loading Profiles

Using a Gigabyte z390 Aorus pro Motherboard. Everything is working perfectly except I cannot load my saved profiles? Evertime I try to load, the lights just turn off and everything gets reset. Can anyone please help me?
