[Support Request] Please add support for the MSI GL65 laptop (Steelseries keyboard)

Please add support for the keyboard of the MSI GL65 laptop with IDs 0x1038:0x2006.

I couldn't get captures for more speeds because the control for time was on a slider and I could only tell what the lowest and highest speeds were.
