[Bug Report] OpenRGB v0.9+ (1.0rc2) PawnIO issues

OpenRGB v0.9+ (1.0rc2) with PawnIO

Windows 11 25H2 (26200.7171)

When starting Windows 11, certain parts of OpenRGB are not starting. When I look in the log, it seems a PawnIO issue. See log OpenRGB_20251124_103845.log

Also, OpenRGB has to be run with Admin Rights each time to show all devices. This despite the install choice of having always admin rights. This log is from starting OpenRGB normally without admin rights: OpenRGB_20251124_110458.log

Running the Winring0 version works 100% fine.
