Support for EasternTimes Tech T3 wired gaming mouse

These EasternTimes mice seem to be of an OEM model, or some ripped design

May be beneficial to figure out these OEM devices to add a large supported devices pool

I will have to check some of my archives to see if I downloaded the drivers
