Support request for Zotac 4080 Super and RGB Profile change through App detection (if possible)

I have had my PC for about a year and all of my devices are supported except for My Zotac GPU, and I would love to be able to have everything linked together if possible. I like having a Breathing effect for my lights, sadly Firestorm doesn't allow me to adjust speed and OpenRGB doesn't allow me to alter the color on the Zotac card.

My second request would be if there would be a way to enable profiles based on whether or not a program is running, like let's say if I decided to open up Photoshop have the RGB change to a deep blue automatically. I would use Aura or Artemis, but Aura only works with Asus products, and none of my PC is Asus, and Artemis lack luster in features unless you pay.

I hope I'm not over stepping by asking here.
