ASUS Aura Motherboard devices get stuck in Rainbow mode when waking up from standby

As the title says, the "ASUS Aura Motherboard" devices on my X299-Deluxe get stuck in Rainbow mode when waking up the PC from standby.

Reloading a profile doesn't work since OpenRGB still sees them in "Direct" mode.

To fix it, OpenRGB (and any program using the SDK server) needs to be restarted and a profile needs to be loaded or the mode needs to be manually reconfigured. (And the SDK server and programs using it need to be manually started again.)

Windows 10 1909 (64bit).
