Device just seems to be a Cooler Master ARGB Gen 2 A1 with only one channel (and different packaging). I don't own a normal A1 to confirm but I built OpenRGB with just the HWID additions and it seems to work fine. Trying to command channels 2 and 3 doesn't work obviously but does not cause the device to fail.
