[Bug Report] SteelSeries Rival 3 mouse rgb not working after first change

Description of Bug

Whenever i change the mouse color of my SteelSeries Rival 3 mouse for the first time after plugging it in it works and sets the color as expected, but if i try to change it a second time, it stays on the first color no matter if trying to set manual or using an effect
