[Bug Report] Asus Aura Ram Support (attempt 2 with more info)

Description of Bug

(I filed this once before, but the bug got closed before we could find a resolution, I have found more info and am trying again.. I'll flag the new info with asterisks below. I am sorry to keep trying but this is driving me insane, this is the last hardware hurdle in my project.)

I cannot find Asus Aura Ram in the the supported devices, however I'm very confident it should be supported... based on the fact that the other RGB on the motherboard is supported via Asus Core... And based on this screenshot, which shows Asus Aura DRAM among detected devices:

Attempted fixes

I have tried three different sets of ram. All three were detected by Asus Armoury crate, and SignalRGB, but none are detected by OpenRGB.

I asked for help on the discord and they suggested I run as an administrator, which I did, it was also suggested that I broke the functionality by having Asus Armour Crate installed, so I did a clean reinstall of windows. Neither helped.

It was also suggested I disable the ENE DRAM plugin and re-enable it. Unfortunately I had done this a few times and left it disabled when logging the previous bug, which caused a false fix to be assumed when the plugin was listed as disabled in the log. I have done a re-install and left it enabled, still no dice.

The help bot suggested I install the RAM helper library, but it looks like that's done automatically when running as admin. So that's done.

It also appears that kernel level anti-cheat can break this, as Valorant is named as a potential problem. I do not have Valorant installed, I do have Helldivers 2 installed, which has a different kernel level anti cheat, but I tried OpenRGB before installing that, and again, the other two apps worked fine. This problem is years old, and pre-dates Helldivers 2 release.

It was also suggested that I ensure the motherboard chipset drivers are installed, they were, I have tried the ones directly from Intel, and the ones that Asus provides.

new info Attached is a new log showing the plugin enabled, the devices export showing no ram, as well as the devices detected in Signal with their locations (After my most recent re-install I don't have Asus Armoury Crate installed but will do so if that's required).

I have also attached exports from SignalRGB showing the ram detection, the only thing that strikes me as a potential issue is what looks like junk/special characters with each RAM stick detected: Intel ICH8 Bus - 0xefa0 - Valid Manufacture Name on address: [58]. Address Found: [ù)Qøà áùøàd:pLt]
