[Bug Report] RGB freeze on MSI B450 Tomahawk Max on heavy load

Description of Bug

OpenRGB sart with Win10. Everything is ok, all my RGB devices are sync

When I launch a game (ie COD Warzone) or a soft (ie 3DMark) who needs lot of memory or cpu (both close to 100%), the rgb devices connectd to the mainboard header freeze on a fixed color while the ram, mouse and keyboard still play the effect (rainbow wave).

To fix this issue, I have to Rescan Devices then "Select All" on the Effects tab
