[New Device] Aura USB Controller (ARGB Gen2, ASUS ROG Strix Z790-F Gaming WiFi)

This device is already supported for ARGB Gen1. The captures included here are for the ARGB Gen2 protocol and have been provided at the behest of DrNo on Discord.

In case it is pertinent, I have four devices connected to Aura Header1 via a parallel splitter. The devices are 3x ARGB Gen2 LED Fans (each w/8 LEDs) and 1x ARGB Gen2 AIO Pump (w/12 LEDs) which are all from a CoolerMaster PL360 Flux AIO cooler. Armoury Crate's Gen2 header detection seems a bit flaky as sometimes it only reports the three fans and not all four devices, which was the case when I ran the rescan in the capture included below.

In addition to the requested captures, I've also provided captures for several other behaviors of the device:

• Switching a header from Gen1 to Gen2 mode, and back again.
• Scanning Gen2 headers for addressable LEDs
• Overriding the header count for a detected Gen2 device

Some of the Gen2 captures also seem to interact with a HID device on the same USB Composite device in Windows. I've included the USB info for that device as well.
