[Bug Report] GIGABYTE GAMING OC RTX 4080 fans' RGB not changing properly

Description of Bug

I can't get it to change the fan colors of my GIGABYTE GAMING OC RTX 4080 for some reason. I can change the little GIGABYTE logo's color and apply different effects to it, but most settings don't apply to the fans.

Based on my testing: "Direct", "Flash" and "Double Flash" can change the color of the logo but not the fans. "Pulse" doesn't work at all. "Color Cycle", "Gradient", "Tricolor" and "Wave" actually works and changes the fan's colors too. "Color shift" works on all too, but only applies once and then the RGB turns off. I have the effects plugin installed as well, but it doesn't change the color of the fans either. I have tried the pipeline version, but the bug still persists.

Hardware Configuration

The problem I am having is only with the GPU (GIGABYTE GAMING OC RTX 4080). Other parts are working fine but in case you want them the ones with RGB are the Corsair Vengeance DDR5 2x16 GB 6000 CL30, and the ASUS TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS WIFI connected to a Bequiet! Pure Base 500FX case (with the included pure wings fans). I also have a Deepcool LS520. As mentioned though, the other parts are working fine.
