Failure to warm boot after using OpenRGB (Conventional or Extended memory failure)

Description of Bug

When doing a warm boot after using OpenRGB then PC fails with the following error:

• Video card memory issue (ASUS Beep Code / 1 (long) + 3 (short))

Besides that major error only the LEDs directly on the mainboard can be controlled. The ones mounted on the fans of the AIO which are plugged into the gen 2_1 RGB header cannot be controlled.

My expecation is that the system should startup as normal after using OpenRGB.
