Does not work at all on MacOS 13.3+

Description of Bug

• OpenRGB 0.9+ running on MacOS 13.3+ does not detect devices and crashes when clicking on "Rescan Devices".
• Upon upgrading to macOS 13.6.1, OpenRGB 0.9 does not open at all.
• The experimental build also behaves this way.
