No Devices Appearing (AORUS B450 I, Linux)

There are no issues when I actually open the program, however no devices are displayed under devices or information.

I already ran the patch, and tried to allow SMBus Access but I am greeted with nothing after I run the command. I'm unsure if this is how its supposed to be, or if there is supposed to be more text.

I've been at this for a while now, and haven't found a clear solution to my issue. Apologies if there is already an issue submitted about this problem. I have specs and other RGB devices listed below.

OS: Pop!_OS 20.04 LTS x86_64

Host: B450 I AORUS PRO WIFI

Kernel: 5.4.0-7634-generic

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X (16) @ 3.600GH

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Rev. A (Gigabyte Card, RGB)

MEM: 16 GB G.SKILL Trident Z RGB

Other: NZXT RGB, thing
