The CLI should warn if brightness is unspecified

I spent some time today wondering why my lights were configurable in the GUI, but setting them via the CLI just set them to black. It turns out that the brightness defaulted to 0, it's almost never the case that the user will specify a bunch of colors and no brightness with the intention of having them all scaled to zero.
