Please select what type of device/interface the device uses:

DeviceTypeUSB

ID information:

1038:183a SteelSeries ApS SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless (via USB wired cable)

1038:1838 SteelSeries ApS SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless (via USB wireless dongle)

This might be a duplicate of #2025 and/or #1847 (closed), although both of those devices have a different device ID. My ID was gathered using the supplied USB-C wireless dongle on Linux. The device capture linked below also has my device ID, maybe it is applicable to the other two tickets, maybe not.

Update: It is a duplicate, sorry. I did not check the ID when using the cable. Linked capture below still applies and should allow to provide the information for all three tickets. The mouse works without dongle when using a cable and without a cable when using the dongle. If both are attached I can also see both devices, although I'm not sure if the dongle is still active when the mouse is attached via wire.

Please attach screenshots of the device's official control application here:

Not available (Windows and MacOS only, https://steelseries.com/gg/engine).

Following the comparison table on the official page, all Aerox mice have three RGB zones, so the screenshots of other family members should be similar:

Aerox 3 Wireless #1847 (closed), Aerox 9 #3611 (closed)

Update: The mouse is supported by rivalcfg including LED control:
