Fedora install instructions

Would be useful if there was a section to the readme for installing on fedora. Some of those packages are hard to find.

It looks like we need:

qt-creator qt5-devel hidapi-devel libusb-devel

And qmake-qt5 OpenRGB.pro

It builds fine now but I can't tell if I had other stuff preinstalled. Still would be better than nothing to have this in the guide.
