Wrong Firmware for Keychron K3 V2

I tried to update my Keychron firmware as some keys weren't working but apparently, I downloaded the wrong one. Now when I tried to update to the new one I get a message that Can't find USB HID device!

I'm completely lost!! Does anyone has a tip or can help me with this?

My keyboard is the K3 D V2 optical low-profile

Any help would be appreciated!!
