Shutdown effect for ASUS motherboard

I have an ASUS motherboard (TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS) which has onboard RGB LEDs. I found that OpenRGB is only able to control the LEDs when the PC is in active state, but not when it's in sleep or shutdown. Whenever the PC goes into standby state, it appears the default mode takes over (which is Rainbow for my case), and worse still, after back on active, I have to manually (or use task scheduler) to run OpenRGB to set my desired mode again.

In the original Aura Sync or Armoury Crate, there is an section called "Shutdown effect" which set the lighting mode of inactive state.

May I request for the new feature in OpenRGB to set the shutdown effect too?
