Software Won't see Arous RAM but RGB Fusion will see it

I've uninstalled RGB Fusion, made sure all software gone, appdata gone from it and no other RGB software installed.

here is the issue I am having:

RGB Fusion loses the ability to see ram after a reboot or shutdown, therefor doesn't load the lighting profile.

only way to keep it is putting system to sleep, but the option to disable lighting in sleep is greyed out for me in the software so the light either will never go off and keeps me up at night + using power. or I have to reinstall the rgb fusion software on each shutdown to get it to see it again.

so I've been told to use this software which works great with my Motherboard, Mouse, but it forgets the GPU light saved to the profile and I have to change that everytime, and it will not see the ram no matter what I do.

Any ideas?
