WinRing0_1_2_0, WinRing0x64 installed on launch, only WinRing0_1_2_0 removed on exit

it seems both of these Drivers are installed on launch, but only one is removed on exit. this leads to the potential for conflicts with other Software, when they attempt to install the same Driver but it is already there as a leftover and therefore cannot.
