Aorus Master X670E Lian Li Galahad AIO 360 Lian Li LanCool 3 case, AIO and case fans RGB lights flickering now

I have been using OpenRGB with this setup for about 4 weeks without problems. This morning I woke up to the AIO and case fans RGB at half brightness, flickering, while out of sync of the color rotation of the motherboard. I tried to reset the lights through OpenRGB, reset the power, and completely turn off and wait 5 minutes and power on again. None of these helped. The only thing OpenRGB helped with is being able to turn the lights off.
