Riot Vanguard Incompatibility

OpenRGB 0.2 x64 binaries on Windows 10 latest, Vanguard 1.0.0.5

Running OpenRGB on Windows while the Riot Vanugard client is open results in a window from the client warning:

Vanguard has blocked the following file from loading on your system: [...]inpoutx64.dll

You then have to choose between keeping the file blocked or closing Vanguard (thus preventing the user from playing Valorant without restarting the PC).

I believe you can file a ticket here: https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new but I'm happy to if you'd prefer, you need a Riot account to do so.

This bug may be detrimental to the user experience for those who play video games on their RGB-ified PCs.
