Asrock x570 steel legend rgb stop working after installing hardware sync plugin

Hello, My name is Rodrigo Martinez from Argentina.

I'm opening this Isue to share my experience (BAD Experience) using OpenRGB 0.8 with Hardware Sync plugin.

At first ORGB was working flawlessly, inmediatly recognised all my RGB capable hardware (MB: Asrock x570 steel legend, Thermal Take liquid refrigeration, 2 hyperx fury ddr4 RGB and Logi G937 headset) and controlled it just perfect.

The problem was when I installed the Hardware Sync plugin. Once I install it, I configured it to work measuring my radeon 6700xt hot spot temp. At first, all the RGB changed to random colour, I turned off the PC, and all the RGB from the Mother board did not turned off, so I unpluged the PSU cord. Restart the PC and all the RGB controlled by the MB did never again work, not even turned on.

I tried to erase every file related to OpenRGB, and allso flash a fresh bios to the MB.

I'm thinking MB RGB controller chip was burned somehow....

Im usiong Windows 11.
