Teamfroce tgroup delta RAM is not detected when using openrgb

The RAMs arent being detected and i have tried everything

System is:

Motherboard: asus PRIME b660-plus D4

Ram: Teamgroup Tforce delta 2x8gb 3600 Cl18

OS: Windows 10 pro 64-bit

The fans i have are detected and work fine, i tried running with administrator and closing all other apps and uninstalling all apps that could interfere i have restarted my pc more than 10 times while doing this and made sure no anti-virus/anit-cheating software is on and yet to no previal. When looking at the supported devices i found that the ram sticks are supported so i am very confused as to why this is happening.
