Linux Flatpak will not Start Minimized despite being checked off

Description of Bug

I am using KDE Plasma. Despite having the settings "Start Minimized" checked off in settings OpenRGB starts opened up on the desktop. I also had the "Start at Login" checked off and that did not work either until I manually added the OpenRGB flatpak in KDE system settings "autostart". I got that working no problem. Only this minimized is driving me crazy since i do not like seeing it in the middle of my screen every time i restart.

I tried messing with Flatseal to see if there is some reason OpenRGB does not actually start minimized unlike my other Flatpaks that do start minimized. I compared settings, tried "Run in background" but no mas.

I turn to you pros.
