[Bug Report] GPU lights are no longer turning off on profile load at system start-up.

Description of Bug

I'm not sure when this regression began but I noticed OpenRGB no longer turns off my GPU's lights on application start / loading of the profile on system start-up / reboots.

At log on of any user, I have a Task Scheduler task that launches "C:\Program Files\OpenRGB\OpenRGB.exe" with the additional arguments --startminimized --profile "silent". The silent profile is saved so all modes of every device are Off. This use to work fine with much earlier OpenRGB builds but is now no longer setting the GPU lighting off -- only the DRAM. The GPU remains rainbow lighting as if untouched start-up default.

To fix this, I have to set the GPU mode to Direct and click on the Black tile color for the lighting to turn off. Then I can change the mode back to Off. However this doesn't persist across system restarts. If I save the profile with it already on Direct / Black tile, then next system restart, the color gets stuck -- forcing me to click white, then black to update it.

Here is a verbose level 6 log from a full system off -> start using "C:\Program Files\OpenRGB\OpenRGB.exe" --startminimized --profile "silent" --loglevel 6 at log on of user. The GPU lights remained on / rainbow despite OpenRGB saying the mode is Off when unminimizing.

Closing and re-opening OpenRGB without any profile / arguments detects the mode as Rainbow, but toggling to Off again does not turn it off. I must go Direct & click black tile color for it to actually turn off.
