Device selection on cli broken

Selecting profiles from the CLI has not worked for me. Selecting the same profile in GUI works correctly.

To workaround I set the devices individually. However, after the recent libusb changes device selection seems to be broken.

I do a OpenRGB -l and note the device I want to change is 4

Then

sudo OpenRGB -d 4 -m "Static" -c "000000"
Error: Device 2 specified, but neither mode nor color given

(Yes, sudo because of the linux recent usb changes.) I tried the 4 in quote, I tried the full parameter names (--device), it always tries to set the wrong device.
