cmdline improvements

Feature Request

add some cmdline switches like razer-cli:

 -d DEVICE [DEVICE ...], --device DEVICE [DEVICE ...]
 -b BRIGHTNESS [BRIGHTNESS ...], --brightness BRIGHTNESS [BRIGHTNESS ...]
                        set brightness of device
 --dpi DPI             set DPI of device (use print as a value to show it)
 --sync                sync lighting effects to all supported devices

As alternative to using the device id, the --device switch may also support using the device name. e.g.:

$ openrgb --device "Trust GXT 114" --mode static --color 000000
