Problems with app crashing on start or crashing during detection of iCUE H115i RGB PRO XT

Description of Bug

Running 0.7 ver. 64-bit as admin notification area icon shows up but GUI doesn't come up and won't come up upon clicking notification area icon. Have to use Task Manager to kill the task.

Running 0.7 ver. 32-bit as admin the GUI pops up but crashes while detecting Corsair Hydro H115i Pro XT.

I've tried 32- and 64-bit pipeline builds, version 0.6, and version 0.5 with similar results. The problem has been occurring a few months at least. I've just been too busy to investigate it.

Sidenote: There are no other RGB software programs installed.
