Openrgb not installing or working on Linux mint 21 (ubuntu 22.04)

cannot install deb, says missing libmbedcrypto3 and cannot install that, apt get says not found?

if install through linux mint software center does not work?

getting constant popup box of i2c missing eeven though did the

modprobe and install piixx4 thing?
