[Bug Report] Brightness slider doesn't work on MSI RTX 3090 Ti Suprim X 24G GPU

Description of Bug

To continue on #2409 (closed), running the latest build available in pipelines.

When on GPU tab 'Brightness' slider is available, but does nothing when interacted (instead of running thru 5 brightness options).

I've roamed in the code and found that oRGB has all correct brightness level codes as well as brightness register address (compared to the NvAPISpy log). My guess is something might've broken in the GUI.
