[Bug Report] EVGA Z20 serial code is screwy preventing saving of profiles where it is selected

Description of Bug

Serial code shows as two question marks as seen in attachments. @morg#7672 thinks the controller is failing to handle non ASCII chars.

Hardware Configuration

Z20 keyboard is the issue, screenshot of the info for it is above. Plugins active are OpenRGB Effects, Hardware Fan Sync, Hardware Sync, Http hook, Scheduler, Skins, and OpenRGB Visual Map.
