[Feature Request] Support for MQTT

Since this is an open source project, I was wondering if it might be a possible to add support for MQTT. A lot of open sourced ESP firmwares (like tasmota) support device control through MQTT. I personally use tasmota light bulb devices along with home assistant (an open sourced home automation server). We'd only have to talk with a MQTT broker to control our devices.
